Ermal Dervishi is a certified home Inspector in Chicago .

He earned his degree as a Civil Engineering - Construction profile, from Polytechnic University in Tirana, Albania since 2001.

After graduation he start working  in company specialized in Residential & Commercial buildings in Tirana. Working in 2003 with Road construction category IV and V, Awarded the professional engineer license.

May 2005,  working on Maintenance and signaling works on the road, construction of road overpasses.

Construction of bridges and works of art up to 10 meter. Wood carpentry works Installation of sanitary facilities, kitchen, utility room, plumbing and maintenance.

Installation of wood,metallic,plastic,glass materials.

Painting, waterproofing, thermal insulation, acoustic protection.

Following his fast progress on the various projects , he was assigned the task of façade work. The façade applied on the 8 stories suite was a ventilation façade system, which was the first of that kind applied in Albania.

Ermal is a  highly collaborative individual considered an advocate for the construction team and willing to allocate resources to meet project objectives. Offering a strong understanding of quality service to manage conflicts with relative ease.
